Pink and White Nails

"I had the same nail salon for years, but for a few reasons I needed to find a new place. Today at Pink & White, I was rushed to a table & wasn’t even given 20 seconds to look at colors before she started on my nails. As soon as my hands went on the table I could feel acrylic grit all over it from a previous client. After she started drilling my old polish off, I had to use a single, dust-covered hand to flip through the color swatches in my lap, so it got all over my black clothes. As I sat there, a tech behind me was playing on her phone & kept bumping my chair as she twisted back & forth. She also was just gonna start putting color on my dusty nails without an hand wash. I overlooked all of that until she started painting. I told her the color that she was using was really neon & that’s not what it was on the swatch. She just said “that’s the color” & kept going, ignoring me that I didn’t like it. Then she didn’t put top coat on two of my fingers, but tried to wipe them, implying she was done. I let her know they were still sticky & she acted annoyed that she had to do them & put it on every single finger instead of just the two. I was so annoyed, I just wanted to leave at that point. Then I got home & realized I had top coat up three of my fingers (about 1/4 way up the first knuckle). Then I saw that most of my cuticles were painted into my set, a few were downright lumpy/misshapen and my pinky nail looks like there is a chunk taken out of the side. EDIT: They read this review & had me come in to the store. Jenny did my whole set completely over again & even gave me all the colors as options. They look SO much better & I am very happy with the way they look. The owner, Eric, came over to tell me that there would be no charge & they appreciate & want to keep my business. A business that is willing to right their mistakes shows how they really do appreciate the customer. I will absolutely be giving them my business from now on & already made my fill appointment with Jenny! My customers always ask me where I get my nails done & I will happily refer people to go there!"

"One of the best nail places I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot lol. My nail tech was super sweet, my nails came out amazing and I was in and out. Easily one of the cleanest places I’ve been to and they knew exactly what I was asking for. I got an acrylic set with cat eye paint and they are everything I wanted :) for a really good price too!"

"I am currently sitting in the pedicure chair right now. They asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and I said the spa pedicure ($35) and they suggested I get the deluxe pedicure ($45) and I kept repeating the spa one. They did the deluxe one anyway. And then on top of that, I told them I wanted regular French tips with regular polish, and they did gel polish either way, which is an extra $20. It seems like they just wanted to do whatever they wanted to get the most money. I will pay for whatever they did today, but I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone. The massage was probably the only good thing about the whole experience and how can you mess up a massage?"

"I came in with a friend to get pedicures. We decided on the spa pedicure with regular polish for French tips. Both people took it upon themselves to do the deluxe pedicure. I will say the massage was amazing! Most of the other customers seem grumpy and have attitudes as well."

"I always have a great experience when I come in to have my nails and pedicures. The owner and all of the staff are warm amd welcoming every time. They strive to take care of all of their customers needs and pamper them top notch. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing every time. I highly recommend stopping in and pampering yourself. You won't be disappointed! Long time client!"
