"Never had a barbershop that's empty (literally no one in there) turn away a paying customer. The guy was standing looking out the window, I walked in and asked about walk-ins. He says 'oh we're booked solid right now. Tonight, there's no way we can fit you in'. I literally gestured to his empty building and then told him I would just go to a real barber. Guessing if I was 55 or older he'd have helped. This business is just pathetic."

That was the first time my wife didn't have a negative comment for my haircut.
