"During my daughter's birthday outing with three other girls, the lady at bella was surprisingly unkind to the kids. Despite the 6-year-old not moving around much, she insisted she stay still during the nail session. It was my first and last time there, and to top it off, they had the audacity to request a tip. I now inform other parents in the area to avoid that store due to its disrespectful service."

"Went to Bella today for the first time after recommendations from 3x friends! I got a gel pedi and a full set. They were awesome. I had an appt, but showed up early and they got me in right away. Very clean establishment and great options. Everyone was nice. I had 2 different nail techs and both gentlemen were great. I showed a picture of some ombré nails I was interested in, and they were definitely able to deliver. I observed lots of regulars coming in, requesting their favorite techs, phone ringing off the hook with people booking appts. That’s definitely encouraging and what you want to see in a nail place. Great experience. Will be going back again!"
