"I go to the auto glass store on Pendleton Pike & I'm their repeat customer. But I love coming to this store. I met Tony the owner yesterday & we talked just like we were family. Which I drove all the way from Plainfield to the East side & there's a auto glass store way closer to me. Yet I go all the way out on Pendleton Pike. So this says a lot about why I choose to go to the Pendleton Pike store."
"Accidentally broke my windshield when I was moving apartments and they were able to get me in the next day! (I called too late the day of and they weren't able to have glass delivered before close). Person answering phone was very nice and so was the one in the office (think the same person). While it took 1.5-2 hours to do, I'm just impatient and that may be the standard for replacing glass. Can't fault them for doing the proper process. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but if I do I'm almost certain to be going back to them! Fantastic pricing in my opinion (I only called them to be fair and I was expecting a $500 quote and it was only 350! I'm sure every car is different though) and there's a lifetime warranty on it as long as you're the owner of the vehicle and have a copy of the receipt."
"I had decent luck with this shop before and left a good review. This time was not good. They did not install the bottom seal correctly on my son’s car and water leaked in and soaked the interior got the computer we and the fuse box, on a very nice car. People make mistakes but this was unacceptable, could have been or still may be very costly. I won’t go back unless I knew the person that worked on his car would not be looking at it,"
