"I love Team Green Dentistry. The whole staff is very friendly, my appointments always start right on time, and they are quick and efficient. Before having dental insurance, their programs made it easy and affordable. Switching over to my dental insurance was a breeze as well. I've liked all of the hygienists I've seen over the last few years. Dr. Renz is awesome too. He always remembers some detail about what we talked about previously (I'm sure they keep notes, but it's a really nice touch). 10/5 stars. I will always recommend Team Green Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist in Fishers."

"Unfortunately, my experience with this dental practice was very poor. I went for the first time in October, where my insurance was verified prior to my visit. I only went for a consultation, to fix chipped teeth, and to establish care. I have a cavity that needs filled, and was having heart surgery so wanted to have a dentist assess prior. Well, I then get a bill for $160 after the fact. I reached out over email without response and left a voicemail. When I arrived today for my cleaning, when I was already there, I started asking about why I was given a large bill. They then casually told me they told me my anthem is out of network, after already telling me I was in network in October, and went as far to give me an estimated out of pocket after insurance for the dental care I needed. I was supposed to recieve a cleaning today, and then have my dental work done Thursday of this week. Never once did anyone even attempt to communicate with me over the last two months, to inform me of the fact that they incorrectly told me about my benefits. I ended up having to leave with no services, and wasting so much time. The last two months of sitting and waiting for my appointment slot, would have been used to get into a dental practice that could help me. My insurance said they were in network, they told me they were in network, and then, practiced predatory billing. They “forgave” the bill from October as I was leaving- you know, the bill I shouldn’t have even gotten to begin with. I would not recommend using this practice. It’s a shame because the dentist when I met him was so so nice, and the office is so nice and clean. The front desk staff are a nightmare, literally when I walked in today to check in, one of them was on their cell phone chatting and completely ignored me. I hope they work on fixing this."

"I recently moved to this area and after 37 years with the same dentist in northern Indiana, this was my initial appointment with Dr. Renz and his team. Everyone made me feel welcome and I felt very comfortable talking with him about my dental history. They utilize some incredible technology to take images of your teeth and bite patterns, but that doesn’t mean the cost of this visit was excessive! The charges were less than what I anticipated and I will definitely see Dr. Renz in 2024 for my 6 month cleaning and checkup. I highly recommend this dental practice."
