"First time being at this establishment and I must say, the services provided and my interaction with everyone from the moment I entered the office was above and beyond expectations! Normally at any dental facility I usually experience some anxiety, not this one, one of my first observations was a Bible opened in the waiting area, in the book of Psalms, being a Christian, that was a big deal to me! Then Jazmine asked my name and very warmly said "we'll be with you in just a short while" addressing me by name (very professional and genuine) Then Angela my Dental Technician took me back in the examination room and along with the Dentist they proceeded to take care of my needs for being there, the whole thing was a breeze when they were finished, I was entirely satisfied and was looking forward to my next visit. My wife will be visiting next week and I'm confident she'll have an amazing experience also. Kudos to the staff of Dr. Teverbaugh's Office, my visit was painless and joyful! You don't say that about a dental visit often."

"So far not impressed with their service and quality. I was expecting more based on everybody else comments. I joined as a new Patient the last quarter of 2023. Looking for a place with better quality treatment. The personnel seems to be friendly and professional. Personnel in charge of appointment needs to have better control of agendas and schedules and being more pro-active. Personnel in charge of process claims with the insurance, needs to be more due diligent when working with the insurance companies. In my first appointment I had my cleaning and the recommended treatment which included a crown. Cleaning was good and got my plan of treatment which included a Crown, which I initiate the same day and I left with the temporary crown, then had some issues with appointments until finally was able to go for the permanent crown. After almost 4 weeks waiting, the crown did not work, the dentists tried for more than 1 hour to make it fit and finally the Doctor said a new crown was going to be required. Took around another 4 weeks to have it done, second tried, took again around 1.5 hours to have it done. It was painful and had a cut in the gum by one of the assistants that tried to remove the temporary crown. On the positive side, the final crown looks pretty nice and fits perfect, so the pain and wait was worth it. Then 2 months later I am called by the office to let me know that I have to pay for the full crown because the Insurance company denied the claim. so.. called the Insurance company and they said that requested to the Insurance the pre treatment Xrays that shows the full root of the piece that had the crown, called back the Dentist facility and said they sent the Xrays twice and still the claim was denied... Called the Insurance Company again, and the representative ended up calling the Dentist office to explain to them what they are looking to see the periapical x-ray took before the treatment. I hope this will be resolved, otherwise I will have to pay in full for a treatment due to a bad processing claim with the insurance company."
