"They might do good work, I don't know. What I can say is that their "inspector/ estimator" is lacking. The positive is that she was nice (despite smelling like cigarettes). Even after knowing the VIN number she still asked such as if we knew where it was made and other questions about the car. Of course, like the other places there is always the known for hidden damage. However, she didn't bend over to see all the damage; her estimate was not inconclusive knowing the lower area on bumper can be seen shattered. Having the car repaired elsewhere with more confidence."
