"I contacted one of the stylists, Kaylee, about getting a haircut scheduled and never heard a word back. I contacted Tara and she scheduled me for an appointment. I showed up at the scheduled time but she didn't show up. I tried to text her and call her but no reply or answer. I never heard a word from her about why she missed our appointment. Very unprofessional and disappointing."
