"The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. Got angry when I asked her to fix it. When I tried to tell her during the second cutting it still wasn't right she got really mad. I asked for a discount I was told it was against policy and was forced to pay full price."

"I have tried to get a simple shampoo/cut/blow-dry here for over a month. They will tell you that they accept walk-ins, but if you do just that, there's a very good possibility the salon won't even be open when you get there - OR - The salon will be open, but they'll say they're not taking anyone else because they're short-staffed. My mother I and both have had issues with showing up for a walk-in during their posted normal business hours and the were closed several times in the last two months. One day I scheduled an actual appointment on their website, called to make sure it came through alright, and then later when I showed up for my appointment I was told that the girl who took my appointment and call left for the day, and the hairdresser that was still there was there on her day off taking care of her personal regular clientele and she wouldn't be taking over for the other hairdressers' appointments. I was urged to either reschedule or try another location. I left and called the Newburgh location and they never even answered their phone. As far as I know there are currently only 2 hairdressers at this particular location in Boonville, and they're both very young and don't seem to have the best work ethic. This location is always pulling help from other locations, particularly the Newburgh location. My family and I have been coming to this location for years and haven't had any complaints until this year. Would love to see someone with more responsibility take the reins and figure out how to staff this location before it closes down. Very disappointed in this establishment."
