"Came by to drop off a written prescription. Website said open, but parking lot was empty and lady with stroller at door said a lady told her they closed at Noon today. No explanation given. I signed up for text alerts, but have yet to receive one. I live an hour away."

"I have gone there multiple times since I have been unemployed. The place is AMAZING! The transition is done, and now they’re speedy at everything! And, the business has outdoor fitness equipment too, that provides a way for people to workout! And, my experience with the nutritionist was AWESOME and the appointment was quick, but it was fruitful too! Thanks for everything the staff does here!"

"The clinics are quick to help. Was nervous to get stationed at Redstone for medical reasons but so far my interactions with all Fox Army Health staff have been positive and the care is efficient. Outside care referral process is quick and appointments are timely."

"I think it is easy to write reviews when things don't meet our expectations and we often forget to applaud when things go well. I am grateful to have access to a pharmacy that allows me to pick up my meds for free and that there is an option (for my convenience) to go to a store and pick them up faster if I would like to pay for them with a co-pay. I have nothing but accolades to say for Dr. Gannaway and his professionalism and care for his patients. He goes above and beyond listening to the concerns of his patients and seeks to get to the bottom of whatever is causing their issues. The lab techs are very professional and do a stellar job at getting the labs drawn quickly (and almost painlessly.) I thank those at the clinic for their service and professionalism as I know this is definitely not the norm at military treatment facilities or especially in the public sector."

"0 STARS - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE TIME AND TIME AGAIN. It feels like the pharmacy and clinics are coming up with ways/systems to push everyone off the arsenal and out of our right to use these facilities. I have always thought military benefits would always be there to accommodate service members and their families both active duty and retired. However, I am becoming more and more frustrated with the way retirees, myself included, are being treated as of late. New mandatory requirements, now taking 4 to 5 days not hours, to get your prescriptions ready for pickup. Once ready for pickup, it takes no less than 3 to 5 hours waiting on only 2 or 3 windows out of 12 available, to actually receive them. This “new Genesis system” is atrocious to use. I have been trying to get my wife a log in for two months now, and still haven’t been successful. I am pretty computer literate so I feel for the elderly folks whom might not understand computers very well. The facility leadership needs to take a good hard look at what is happening and its effects and course correct fast."
