"It wasn’t what I would expect for customer service! I called to schedule a day of services for my mom, sister, and myself for my mom’s birthday! She had previously gotten a $100 gift card for Christmas (2018) that we didn’t realize only was valid for 6 months. Yes, it’s been expired for 2 months. But there was no offer of specials or “here’s what we can do” when we called. They literally just said sorry we won’t make any exceptions. As for the services themselves, I can’t comment. I personally would not use a spa that doesn’t try to enhance EVERY customer experience."
