"I love the "clear bag" standard! Nice work flow to event. Easy ticket process. Maybe a good idea to have more food sections open, but I would stay away from hot dogs...and carry both cash and card just in case! PS: Bathrooms were pretty clean at 4pm after all day event."

"Awful!!! This place is a joke!!! $10.00 to park. It was pouring rain and the parking people had no clue how to do the job. Half the parking lot is blocked off, so you can't go around the building without having to go back out and wait in traffic. MONEY HUNGRY... CASHLESS BTW"

"Not allowing outside drinks (water) at a 2 day wrestling tournament is not only ludicrous but a safety concern. The clear bag policy is understandable, the size restrictions on the bags are not. If you have a child in diapers you may as well stay home. A gallon size ziplock bag is the acceptable size. The concessions are overpriced and the staff are incredibly rude."

"The facility itself is so nice, but the layout is just always impossible. It can take up to 20-30 minutes just to get in to the parking, and then you have to park about a mile away and walk inside and outside to get to events in the arena. Almost all the doors are always closed. There are rude employees at every turn either acosting you about your very existence, giving you frowny glares, and this time, literally walking right into me as I was leaving a restroom! And didn't even stop to say anything!!! How rude!!! The only reason they get 2 stars is because it's a fairly new facility, so that's nice and there were adequate stalls for the ladies room and it wasn't a disgusting bathroom."

"At this location for a cheering competition. It started when we drove in to the parking lot. Ladies collecting the parking fees never smiled or acknowledge us. Then, at the entrance, you could not pay at the gate. They made you step aside and scan and load an app to pay, very confusing and made for the line to be backed up. Ladies at the tables were very unwelcoming and down right rude, It is 7:40 in the morning and they made everyone throw out their expensive Starbucks coffees and waters. When we went I, the tables if the workers, judges &/or volunteers all had outside drinks & Starbucks drinks. Talk about double standards. Not cool! I do like the seats and have a good view for seeing the competition. The concession stand only had popcorn & drinks ready at this time. Think they will have regular concession foods available later in the day. All being said, event was fun, the people running it were not."
