"Food is good but the environment is not. The staff there are kinda rude and the tables are dirty. Will go for takeout only."
"We went in about 1.5 hours before closing. The front staff was pretty annoyed to serve us. Nope, don’t have sour cream, nope, no guacamole either, No, you can’t have dressing for your salad despite several pre-made cups in the table. We shrugged it off and cleaned off the table we sat at. A friend came in behind us and had the same battle with the staff. She finally asked if she had done something wrong and was told by the staff that they hate all the cheer moms coming in to the business. The food was good but it was just a bit odd that there was such a hard stance against people that said please and thank you along the ordering line."
"A lot of people say that Chipotle serves less than they used to as far as protein portions go. This is entirely accurate at this location. Actually, in this case, I would say that portions for everything were smaller than normal in a burrito bowl. Normally, a Burrito bowl is enough to satisfy me, but after eating here, I felt like I had to eat something else to feel satiated. I had a small grilled chicken strips order at Chick-fil-A a few doors down Most of the tables were clean, and the line was relatively short when I arrived."
"My office is less than a block away, frequent this location. They are consistently out of staple items (fajita vegetables, white rice, etc.) When I ask for complimentary item in return (drink, chips, etc.) I receive a cold shoulder and 0 compassion for customer service."
"That staff was great, fast and efficient. A couple dirty tables, but it was pretty busy and is expected. I did get a couple stale chips in the bag. The food bowl I received was awesome. New chorizo plant-based. Really happy with the over all good and atmosphere!"
