"Stopped in for a to go order. Fast, reasonably friendly, and fresh. Just a thought, but real smiles to customers could go a long way. Not one person smiled to me or anyone else there. I find that extremely odd."
"The quesadilla was black from being burned. Like they forgot about it when they were making it. The barbacoa was a giant blob of fat and gristle. It stank and went immediately into the trash."
"The staff is great, the food is good (when they have it) however the management is so bad. Doesn’t matter if you show up before open, mid day, or close. They will be out of something on the line. I believe this is due to poor prep by management. How are you going to be out of steak and chicken right at opening? If it’s because of catering how come as a manager you didn’t give instructions to prep accordingly. Why not look at sales from the previous year to estimate the amount of food you need that day. Overall just poor management always out of something. ALWAYS."
"Prices have gone up & portions are getting smaller. I literally got a couple slices of steak for my bowl. Hopefully it'll get better."
