"Every employee that I worked with in selling a car was very professional and easy going. They are not your typical “used car salesmen”… the price they gave me was very fair and higher than the other car dealers I took it to. Ethan is efficient and a pleasure to work with…he even was kind enough to give me a ride home. I highly recommend TruWorth Auto!!"

"I called late one night and left a message regarding a vehicle. Lucas was very prompt the following morning with offering additional information. I made some requests and he was able to complete them. He followed up again, but without pressure and only offering additional assistance. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle but based on my experience with Lucas, I can feel comfortable making a 4.5hr drive South to purchase a vehicle from TruWorth. Thanks Lucas."

"Ask for Charlie when you get there. Great young lad and very helpful. Apparently they don't get paid commission so also understand that everything they do and say is most likely in accordance with their training and procedures. I paid full cash for a car so it was extremely easy. They say there are no fees but beware they're going to charge you $300 for Vin etching. From my understanding all it is is the VIN number being etched into the windows of the car. I asked if they could show me what window had the VIN etching on it as I didn't see anything. They said it's microscopic and need some type of magnifying glass that only police have to see it. Apparently if you get your car stolen they'll pay you like five grand towards a new car so really you're paying for that insurance, not the $15 acid etching of a window. To be honest if they showed me the etching in the window I would have gave them five stars but it just seems a little suspect that it's so tiny they can't show me. As for the car? It's a Camry with 100k miles. it seems all right but I have not got to drive it enough to get an idea yet. I'll edit this if there's any issues."

"In April my beloved car, which had a long service life, completely died and was not fixable. So naturally I needed a new car. My father and I looked at several dealerships and after reading reviews we decided to go with true Worth Auto. We test drove several cars and found two cars that I was trying to decide between. After talking with the sales rep he guided me towards a 2010 Honda Odyssey. He told me multiple times that this car was in perfect working order, had recently been tuned up, and the only thing wrong with it was it needed tires. He told me as long as I took care of it it would last me many years. We got the warranty that way if anything went wrong I was covered. Not even 6 months later I was driving my kids to school and every single light on the dashboard lit up the car started making a weird sound and then it just died. I called and got a tow and took it to a repair shop. The problem seemed to be an oil leak that the dealer did not tell me about, had leaked onto the alternator which then in turn leaked on to the battery. On top of that there was also a power steering fluid leak. I called the dealership they give me the number to the warranty people. I called the warranty people, who basically told me it wasn't their problem. That they were going to cover anything, I should have read the warranty better even though this all had to do with the engine which is covered in the warranty they're not covering it. I call the dealership, which I was a little upset when I did, and after explaining to him that the car that he sold me that he said was in perfect working order, could have nearly got me killed and my children killed he hung up on me. Upset, but still needing a car, I put $4,700 into these repairs. I get the car back and not a week later all the lights are coming on again on the dashboard and the car is making a rattling noise and freaking out. Take it back to the mechanic who tells me that this car has never had a tune-up in its life. Odds are it's never seen a mechanic before the last time I did it. After fixing it the second time I've had it back for a little more than a week, and yesterday the lights on my Dash started coming on again. Now my engine light is on and it sounds like my serpentine belt is going out. I was sold a lemon that this dealer knew was no good. I was lied to, I was cheated, I was sold a warranty that they never had any intention of upholding. They sold me a death trap and couldn't care less."
