Aspen Dental - Warsaw, IN

"I was seen by a dentist at Aspen Warsaw clinic last Saturday. I had been dealing with terrible pain because there was an abscess formed by a malpractice of a previous dentist from Aspen Mishawaka. This malpractice was confirmed by the dentist at Warsaw, who suggested my tooth to be removed, and an implant should be my next step. I asked for a copy of my x-ray. I looked at it, and even though I am not a dentist, I could tell that my roots looked just fine. See the picture attached. Mr. dentist ( based on this attitude, I don't think he deserves to be called doctor), tried to take advantage of my pain and just suggested a quick solution saying that my tooth would break when an endodontist would try to clean the root canal. Well, he could not be more WRONG, I just had the abscess drained and a DR. at South Bend Endodontist Clinic, he was able to get all the abscess out and save my tooth. After being in this situation, I decided to look deeper and found an article/study saying that 68% of teeth extracted in the USA could be treated. Watch out for unprofessional gold diggers you may encounter, and always have a second opinion even when the easy way out seems appealing. NO, I DO NOT recommend Aspen Warsaw."

"I am traveling and was having jaw pain that was worsening quickly. Aspen was the first place to get me in as a new patient and emergent. Everybody I worked with was so kind. I was worried after reading other reviews but they were all caring, kind, and competent. The dentist said I had a sinus infection after seeing my x ray. It was a quick and easy appointment. They are great people!"

"The intial lady who took my x-rays was fine just barely talked but seemed to know what she was doing. The dentist was nice and super fast. When I called to know what the plan was the day after I was on hold until they just transferred me to voicemail. I called again the next day as no call had returned my call and Iesha was very rude when I told her I wouldn't be able to start the plan until next year (3 weeks away) because of not wanting to pay a deductible yet this year and again next year. She literally said, well if that's all goodbye and hung up. Not sure I trust them and plan to look for another dentist office. This was my 1st time at any Aspen dental."

I was able to get in, get X-rays, have a consultation with the doctor, have a tooth pulled, and sign up for financing all within an hour of arriving. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and kind. While it’s never fun to get dental work done, this was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist. Highly recommend."
