"I have a severe phobia of dentist along with hyper dentin syndrome and haven’t been to the dentist in over 20 years. I can’t have my teeth touched, cold air on them, let alone the noises heard and the pain to be expected. Dr. Lela and her dental assistant were so accommodating to my anxiety and dental needs. I spoke for an extended time with the dental assistant, sending her back and forth to the provider with case plan questions and changes. Never once did I feel rushed, or like I was a bother. I have to say at 42 this was by far the best visit I’ve ever had. Not that I look forward to my next appointment for extractions BUT I am a little more at ease, I think anyway. I appreciate their patience and gentle attention in my mouth. 100% A+"

"I can not begin to tell you about how wonderful this dentist and his staff is! They are absolutely so kind,caring and did a wonderful job with my dental needs. I suffer from a crippling anxiety disorder and had to have a root canal. This dentist and his staff completely helped me get through my severe anxiety. He took his time with me,and yet he had a very busy schedule and did not make me feel as if I was a burden. I wish I would of known about this place before I got my teeth cleaning at another dental office,which was a terrible experience for me. Thank you,Apex!"

"Helped me after 7 years of fear of the dentist this was the best experience I have ever had thay care and listen and do there best to make you comfortable, I was treated with tru understanding and compassion. Highly recommend! if you are nervous explain yourself and thay will help you. Insurance didn't cover gas and numbing so thay waved the cost for my comfort, thanks to all the staff "

"I went for a cleaning and all they did was look at my teeth. Told me that have to make sure its ok with my insurance (should have done that prior) they said they sent a prior authorization form to my insurance. 3 months later i hear nothing. I call my insurance and they say they haven’t received anything. I attempted to call the dentist and went to voicemail every single day for 2 months. They Never call back. One time they answer they say we will call you back and 2 weeks later, STILL NOTHING. This place is a joke"

"After coming here faithfully for years and spending thousands on dental work, I had to call in attempt to reschedule an appointment today. I understand it was last minute but things in life happen. 3 kids, 8 months pregnant and work. The lady at the front desk goes on to tell me I was told at my last appointment last week if I called to reschedule again I would be dropped. This was not communicated to me which I told her. She then goes on to tell me, "well it is in your chart" a chart that I don't see. Right. She was extremely rude and just like that dropped me as a patient after the years I have spent coming here. They obviously do not care about their loyal patients and lack communication. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the dentist himself is a great person who does great work."
