"Rude owner, Unprofessional stylist! Sent granddaughter out with wet hair. A 5 year old! Cause mother refused to pay extra $30 for her to take out 6 ponytails!! Which she didn't inform grandmother when stylist asked her to leave the little girl!! Never did she stat it will be a $30 charge for take down 6 ponytails! Well Not until after she took down and washed the child hair!! Then asked since don't have on me now can I zelle it! She only Cash App!! Then asked Well if pay you $30 can u rinse and blow dry and Mom will do braids. She said yes another $20! Well was paying $75 each- for wash & braids for 5 any 9 year old! Now she want $50 just to wash and blowout. Simple GET COMPLETE PRICE BEFORE THESE PEOPLE START YOUR HAIR!! Gave her $30 and will not use again!"

"I walked in last minute on a Saturday and they were able to call in a stylist to do my hair. I have never had a salon do that. The salon interior is really nice and everything is new. They were professional and they do all styles. I’m natural and just need a shampoo and blow dry for some braids but there was a stylist doing knotless feed in braids and a stylist that specializes in locs."
