"I’ve been trying to get ahold of this specific site for almost a week, but nobody answers the phone. I have managed to get ahold of a gentleman once, but they put me on hold and never got back with me after putting me on hold for 20 minutes. I’m not saying you shouldn’t do business with Enterprise, but I would avoid the site in Lebanon, IN. If they can’t do something as simple as answering a phone call, I cannot expect them to do their job correctly and/or professionally."

"I have rented vehicles from this location in the past and had been pleased with their services. My latest experience, however, was unacceptable. I had reserved a car to take a group of Boy Scouts to Florida Sea Base over Spring Break. I was supposed to pick the car up on a Friday. I called earlier that week to make sure that everything was "good-to-go" for my rental, only to be told that there was no record of my reservation and that they had no cars available. This was despite the fact that I was holding an Enterprise confirmation in my hand at the time. When I asked how this could happen and what was the point of having a confirmed reservation, I was repeatedly told "I don't know". There was no attempt to help me find a car from another location. I then called the phone number for the national office. At least they were able to show that I had made a reservation, but they said the reservation had somehow been cancelled. Fortunately, they were able to help me find an available car at another Enterprise location. The Lebanon Enterprise branch can obviously not be trusted, so I will not be renting from them again and I can not recommend them."

"I had to extend my rental car and Jeff the manager at the Lebanon Indiana branch was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and courteous and made extending the rental car very easy and hassle-free. I would recommend this Branch to anyone if they're in the area looking for a rental car.
