"Prices went up 3 times in the last year. Super inflexible with cancellations--they will cancel on you last minute and expect you to accommodate but when you need any change they cite "48 hours notice" and charge you fees. And no one ever answers the phone when you need to change an appointment either. Yikes"

"This was my first time getting a designated “curly cut” and my experience was horrible. Courtney, the stylist, did not listen to me. She did not seem to feel I knew how to work with my own hair. I clearly expressed throughout the appointment how I preferred to have my hair styled and I was ignored. When I expressed my disappointment at the end of the hair cut she rage quit on me— didn’t ask what she could do differently, how she could help me have a better experience, nothing. Just said it’s time to check out. I paid more money and allotted more time than I ever have before to get a “curly cut” and I left with frizzy, undefined, not curly hair. "Allie cut my hair and did exactly what I wanted! It looks so cute. The salon was so cute and nice on the inside and included coffee/tea. It just felt like a very high end experience. I also really liked the products they used but they weren’t pushy about me purchasing them. Highly recommend!"
