"I haven’t been to Be Hair Now, but when my car crashed in front of Tracey’s house this morning, she immediately came out to check on me and make sure I was ok. I have never met Tracey before today and she gave me coffee and stood with me outside in the cold morning and made me feel safe and secure. If there is anyone in the world you want to have your hair cut by, I would want it to be cut by someone like Tracey."
