"The administrative assistants are condescending. They talk to you like you’re a child and it’s belittling. This is my first review ever on anything because I’ve never had such a terrible experience with people like this before. The lack of human decency and respect is beyond me and don’t bring your kids there if you have more than one they will tell you that “it’s not a babysitter.”"

"An Awesome place! I've been going here for a few years now and can honestly say every single person that works here is amazing. They're all super nice and helpful. I had a major fear of dentists, but Dr. Amborski makes me feel incredibly comfortable. He's kind and funny. He's just the best! I've had lots of work done and never had any unexpected fees or any issues with the way they bill to my insurance. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"I hate going to the dentist and I don't really like to write reviews.... HOWEVER, when you've had an experience like I did you simply have to let everyone know! I have never really had a good experience with ANY dentist in over 50 years.... until now! I needed to get in quickly to have work done. They were able to get me in within 24 hours! I was very impressed with how Dr. Amborski actually took time to listen and understand my concerns. He and his AMAZING staff made me feel so comfortable! They are VERY knowledgeable and skilled plus they will keep you laughing!!! I have actually had my first pain-free dental visit thanks to them! I will NEVER go to another dentist! BEST DENTIST AND STAFF EVER!"

"If I could give a zero - I would. My new patient appointment was scheduled for this morning at 7:00am (Friday 07/31). I took time off work, got up early and arrived to find the office closed. Not one person contacted me to let me know my appointment was cancelled nor re-scheduled. As a patient, I would have been charged a no-show fee. What are the consequences as a provider?? None. Very rude and unprofessional."

"Very knowledgeable people and they do a great job, but they are scam artists when it comes to billing. I had some gum issues last year that had to cleared up and they did a great job. But now it’s like they have labeled me, even after it was corrected. So now when I go in for a normal cleaning they code it as special cleaning even though they did a normal cleaning. They blamed it on the insurance company. However, I called the insurance company and they pay based on the office coding. They don’t dictate what coding to use. The insurance knew I had the cleaning done and said if the dentist does a standard cleaning it should be coded that way, not a special cleaning that didn’t happen. That’s where they lie. I had to pay $40.00 out of pocket for what should have been a standard free preventative cleaning. So, they take advantage now of the gum issue. Once again, they do a great job, but they will try to get more money out of you for coding things to the insurance company. Perfect for someone who has no teeth issues, but if you do I’d recommend going somewhere else. They clearly only care about the money and not the patients."
