Gentle Dentist

"I had an appointment today at 1 . I spoke to someone in the office just few days ago where I confirmed my appt and wanted to see if they had any canceled to come in early which they didn't. No big deal. I told the lady I spoke with I will keep my 1pm . Therefore confirming the appt. Come in to my appt they scheduled someone in my spot said I didn't confirm the text messages they sent. But I opt out of text so I never got one of course and the emails say nothing about sending email back to confirm which since I spoke with someone I didn't think I needed to call again..needless to say I have to request time off work and use vacation hours for them to mess up like that . This was so unprofessional and wasted my time Gas andtime off work for nothing and I am.beyond disappointed and upset. It's hard for me to make time to get to appts with my sons medical conditions . Do better"

"I'm always scared of the dentist, but then again, most people are. Here at Gentle Dentist in Avon, they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was my first visit, so I got the xrays and what not. Did an initial exam, then automatically proceeded to provide me with an action plan for my bad teeth. Highly recommend this dentist. Very knowledgeable, professional, and soothing at the same time."

"Second time I’ve gone to them, but I’ve always been greeted with professionalism and care! They make sure to detail what my insurance does/doesn’t cover so I understand what services I do/don’t pay for. Actually, this past time, I accidentally came a day early. While they had no obligation to, the dentist and hygienists deliberated and they still serviced me in the end! It wasn’t the just fact that they did that makes me want to come back (because you should never take advantage of that kindness) but the fact that they gave it thought. If it’s going on in front of you, it’s likely happening behind closed doors, too. Love their staff; 10/10."

"I have very bad anxiety when going to the dentist, but they made it so welcoming. I was very hesitant because I’ve had not so great experiences with poor bedside manner, but everyone was so nice and so helpful. The dentist herself, cannot remember her name, was VERY thorough when it came to my exam, and very informative. They also let me know of the expenses for the work that needs done, well in advanced. Definitely recommend."
