"This location was recommended by my primary mechanic, so I gave it a shot. It did not take long and the staff were friendly. However when they completed the alignment on my vehicle, I was informed that it would have a 'slight pull to the right'. I had asked what could be the cause of it and I was told it was my tires. Every mechanic and trusted sources with car knowledge informed me that my tires still had tread, and were good for at least 1 more year. I shrugged this off and began to drive. It in fact was not a slight pull, but was fully veering to the right, the moment I let go of the steering wheel it threw me into the next lane. I had returned to the location to explain the situation, and was told once again it was my tires. I then went to Tire Discounters, had my alignment done with the same tires that were said to have been the problem, and my alignment was fixed. Confirming that my tires were NOT the problem. I did attempt to get a refund but was not given one. Friendly staff, job done incorrectly unfortunately."
