"Me and my sister made an appointment the day before our appointment at 2:00….at 2:45 they just got to us, they were not even busy. The girl that did my nails really had no interest in hearing what I wanted and acted like she knew already, this was my first time there so how could she? She was actually watching a show on her phone the whole entire time I was in her chair-It was just bizarre and weird. She didn’t talk to me at all but would just point and tap at where she wanted my hands to go while watching her show (and yes, she spoke English) It was just super awkward and really quite rude, as if I was invisible. For me, part of the experience is to feel relaxed not like you’re being rushed and interfering in their day while they’re trying to watch tv. Anyway, my nails weren’t the shape I asked for, they were very square. I didn’t complain bc I just wanted to get out of there. I’ve never been a nail salon for over 2+ hours just go get a basic gel polish. Maybe the manager/owner will see this and let her employee know that watching tv and texting on your phone when you have a client in your chair, is just rude and extremely unprofessional. It was our first and last visit."
