"I was told my car would be back in 3 days and 7 days later I got back. I got in my car and a white residue all over the inside of my car . I tried to clean it and it didn't work. I called Cameron said , they could fix it and I turned down at first because I didn't trust them. However, family and friends told me to take it back and make them fix. I called Greg the owner and I told Greg that I talked to Cameron and even sent pictures of the damage. He claimed he didn't get it. I brought it back in to get fixed and Cameron asked when did I need the car back? I said, tomorrow. He told me they use cheap cleaner to detail a car and said if they couldn't get my car done today that I could take it somewhere else and get it cleaned and they would pay for it. They shouldn't detail the inside of cars. They're horrible at it. On this past Monday I had my car back into Collision Express for a week. They called me an apologized for the white residue on the interior of my 2014 Hyundai Accent . They fixed the problem and even paid for a rental car for me . The car looks much much better and they were so nice to me. I'm so glad they were able to fix the problem."

"Disappointed. My bumper didn't the come back with the license plate fixture. There is a white (looks like paint) residue on the interior of my car, it's even on the windows. I was told 1 week, took 4 weeks, due to parts. However, no one communicated. I was the person who called about updates."

"Horrible communication and customer service from the front office. Was given multiple dates of when the car would be done only to call and find out the date was pushed back again… The claim was filed with the wrong insurance company after we gave the correct information multiple times. While the car does seem to look good, customer service completely ruined the experience for us."
