"This park is nice and decently clean. There are homeless people with their tents tucked away in one corner of the park, but they're all nice folk that have never bothered me and seem pretty friendly. I haven't seen them shooting up (getting high) anywhere in the park either, maybe inside their tents, but not outside. I was even testing a drone around here and it was flying everywhere around the homeless folk but they didn't seem to mind. So I have no bad experiences with this park. Doesn't get 5 stars because if there's a bunch of homeless people hanging around, it isn't gonna be very family friendly."

"The park is great at hosting its own events that include family friendly offering plus exercise classes through a partnership."

"This park is tucked away located behind the Hotel Indigo Parking Garage and the old Abandoned Tower Building. I do not know of any annual event held there. I know sometimes they feed the homeless at this park. Homeless people do frequent the park but that is a thing in any downtown metropolitan area. They park has a swing and is a decent size for a small park."
