KEISHA IS THE BEST MRI technologist I have ever met. I will forever be grateful for her, she deserves a raise!! "I have been here since 12:55. My appointment time is at 1:30. I came early like they have advised and I still haven’t been seen. I may have to reschedule my appointment because I need to be gone to pick up my children from school. It’s the wait, but the waiting area is lovely."

"These people were pretty nice in the office, but their billing office is a completely different animal. Messed up my insurance, and I ended up owing a huge amount for an MRI I had done here. This would usually be no issue, but they failed completely at notifying me about this balance. Not one call, email, letter or text was sent to me. Months later, I received a call from a debt collector for this exorbitant amount. This was followed by multiple phone calls back and forth to their billing office. I was told my debt was removed from collections, which never happened. Finally we came to an agreement on a payment, and all was settled. Two months later, another call from the debt collector for the original amount. I thought this was taken out of collections? And my debt was supposedly settled with their billing office? The billing office told me once again what I owed, and stated it was in collections. I have an official statement that was mailed to me saying my account balance is ZERO! But apparently that is void, and I owe the full amount, yet again. This place is begging for a lawsuit if you ask me. Stay away if you can"
