"I wish this offered zero stars for the room! Along with these pics of the nastiness which speak for themselves, they phone didn't work so you couldn't call the front desk or get a wake-up call, the wifi was out ......"due to weather" so no TV. Definitely not what the booking app says!!!"
"I rented here for my wedding all in all the room attendants was awesome my mom wasted mamosa on my son's suit and they washed dried and seemed it for me just in time for my 5pm wedding the location could be better but we enjoyed the private space we had in back"
"The room is nasty. Smelled clean but that appears deceptive. Walls are dirty, sheets are dirty, dead roach in the bathroom, drawers are broken. Hotel staff was kind and I wanted something close to the bridge."
"Room was filthy. Had to disinfect entire room especially bathroom. Toilet didn't flush. My husband had to manually flush. Phone didn't work. Requested extra towels and an iron. Was told laundry didn't open till 11am. Few facecloths that was given were dirty and iron completely scorched. Pictures on internet do Not compare to your Baymont by Wyndham. Bad look for the company."
"For the ratings it has the rooms was a lot better than I was expecting. My room in particular had a toilet with a weak flush so that's something to keep in mind. But the staff was very very nice and accommodating when it came to addressing other needs. Made you feel welcome and it's refreshing"
