"Man... There was two employees working, Kalie and Bianca and it was swamped. They did amazing tho and kept a smile on their faces even tho they should have been paid triple times their pay. Kalie did my hair and Bianca did my boyfriends. We have been to several barbers around here and I have never experienced such precision with my look. My boyfriend was pleasantly surprised too, which is rare lol all and all These two "Great Clips" employees are professional and friendly. They also were super Adorbs for real. I highly recommend. Good Job and I have gotten so many compliments by the way lol thanks again!!"

"Ive been going to GC for 8 years now, faithfully. I used to love the one in Portage and then started going in Hobart. This business is just not the same anymore. The only thing consistent these days is the price increase, which is tooo high. The stylist are always different and most of the ones there are unhappy. They dont give out coupons anymore or do the holiday $10.99 giftcards. I try to remain loyal in hopes that its only a rough period, but this has been a really long rough period. I believe its bigger than management, perhaps the owner, bc they cant keep managers either. Maybe one day it'll be back to normal."
"The young lady who did my daughters hair did a wonderful job. She was bubbly,polite,and friendly. She talked to my daughter the whole time. She even asked her what she wanted done to her hair. The fact that she asked my daughter instead of me was the best. She made my daughter happy and took her time. I would recommend this place to friends"
