"Always an easy visit for a mammogram here. Patients are spaced out keeping waits relatively short. Don't show up too early or you'll need to wait a bit to check in. Check in isn't front window, its second person that's sitting on left hand side. Staff and techs always pleasant, professional, and quick. They also do 3D mammograms and bone density testing. I choose this place every time. They do say NO cell phone use at all, not even on mute or texting."

"Wow! What a huge difference! I voiced my concerns about a bad experience at the other local hospital. The experience was so bad I was terrified of this appointment and even put it off a few times. The tech at the Madison Breast center helped calm me down, explained the procedure and made sure I was okay during it. She even offered me a hug when it was over. "The process of scheduling an appointment is ridiculous. I've tried for a month to get through to schedule an appointment and they kept claiming my doctor had not sent the order. Each time you call, you have to wait on hold for 15 to 30 minutes. You would never know by the way they treat you that you are the customer. They act as if they are doing you a favor. Make no effort to problem solve and obtain any info from any doctor they may need to help you. Instead it is all on the patient to maneuver the system and anticipate what they might need that the doctor didn't send and then sit on endless hold to schedule an appointment. They obviously need more competition and better management. The staff at the facility is top notch. It's just that it takes great effort to just make an appointment. Do not recommend. If you can go somewhere else, then go."
