"Medical records person, Donna, is very rude and condescending. Would not allow me access to my own medical records (imaging disc) which I have a legal right to. I do not recommend working with ODC until they train their staff properly on laws and regulations regarding medical records."

"The women employed there should NOT be in health care in my opinion from my experience! Dr. referred me for MRI on a Wednesday. ODC Madison called me that Friday to schedule my appt which was set for the following Saturday at 4:30 PM. This is where the nightmare begins! The women in this facility began calling me several times a week trying to get out of the appt, disturbing my sleep and causing much aggravation. The first call was 4 days later (Tuesday), where they called at 10 am , & woke me up to inform me of a cancellation & asked if I could come in at 1pm that day. Although I was very pleased with the fact that they put me on a cancellation list (I was thinking), I could not as it was last minute & I could not get ready & make the 40 min drive there in time. Wednesday, I again received a phone call at 10 am where an unknown female asked if I could come in Saturday (my original scheduled day) but at 10 am instead of the 4:30 pm time slot they scheduled for me as again there was a cancellation. I again advised that I could not and couldn't move my scheduled appt time as my driver was on a midnight shift rotation & I wouldn't have a ride. There was an extremely looong pause and she then said "alllllright, I'll let them know then." Again, early Thursday morning now, I was called & this time informed I needed to come in on my originally scheduled day at 10 am. The new excuse was that there was a "technician shortage". I AGAIN told them I could not and why, nothing changed. The female replied "Oh Ok" and hung up. Funny never once rescheduling me to different day if these "problems/issues" were true! No one even discussed the costs with me. Finally, on the day of my originally scheduled appt, again they called at 9:30 am leaving a voice mail message from Rebecca advising that I had to be there at 1pm due to "the machines were down for maintenance" (later confirmed by management in Huntsville it was a lie) and that "if we don't hear from you we will just see you at 1pm". So I called back at 9:40 am 4-5 times & no one answered so I left a message on their answering machine. I kept calling anyway & finally Rebecca answered & again repeated what she said earlier. I again told her "no" & now irritated stated "You scheduled my time for 4:30pm. I don't know what is going on but you people have called me all week long with different excuses each time trying to change my appt that YOU ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED & each time I told you that I do not have a ride. Stop playing games with my appointment! My time is scheduled for 4:30pm & so I will be there at 4:30 pm!" Rebecca proceeded to yell at me and over me (I couldn't understand her) so I then had to keep screaming over her that I WANT A MANAGER! Rebecca informed me that there "was no manager" I then advised her that I will be there at 4:30pm which is when I can be there and no time sooner. Rebecca then stated "oh that's fine....you can come ..... but we may or may not unlock the door for you to let you in." and hung up on me. Since it was Saturday, the day of my MRI & I didn't know where else to get help as I did not want to get a driver to drive all the way there to have these extremely unprofessional women NOT open the door for me, I then called Huntsville ODC and spoke to a manager there, Deana/Gina (I think was her name). I explained ALL that had happened all week long and she said she'd call me back. 20 minutes later, she called back & advised that she has no idea what is going on over there & that no machines are "down for maintenance", that they will be open, to go ahead & go for my 4:30 pm appt as it will be honored confirming what I felt were excuses all week long to get out of my Saturday appt. While waiting for a call back from the manager of ODC in Huntsville to advise on how to proceed with the Madison location playing games with my appt, I then read reviews about this place & found them to be just as horrible as how they just treated me!! I also notified my Dr. of the same who made arrangements with another business. I will never use this facility."

"Everyone was very professional from the receptionist to the techs. The environment was warm, inviting, and clean. I watched as a tech handled an elderly patient with so much care and compassion which was I impressive. The procedures were thoroughly explained. My insurance benefits were verified prior to my appointment, and I had no problems with discrepancies or copay. I had a great experience."
