"We booked online , yet nobody bothered to tell us not to come . They let us drive all the way across town to say they can't fit us in. Why the hell did you let us book appointments then. Same thing at a cut above."
"just left here with my son. we won't be going back. the lady that cut my son's hair today didint even really cut it. it took like 3 mins . yes I paid and tiped her and I asked him if he was ok with his hair cut he stated yes. after we left I was looking at it and really didint even look like he got a hair cut. the top look kinda ok. he still had long hair over his ears he looked shaggy. so we went to great clips and they even started that he still had dead ends and it didint look like she even cut his hair. I did go back to cost cutters and tryed to talk to her about the bad hair cut. of course I got no were. very bad customer service for sure. she said there was nothing she could do about the hair cut. I for sure well not be going back. I honestly wish I would not have tiped her, Especially after the bad customer service when I went back into the store. There should have not even been a charge."
"I got a bang trim from here a few days ago, I didn't bother scheduling with a specific stylist because I assumed no hair stylist could mess up a bang trim; I was wrong. I asked for my bangs to be cut just under my eyebrows, and they are above them. She cut them way too short! Not only that, but she extended the width of my bangs, I know this because I watched as my long hair fell to the ground sticking out like a sore thumb amungst the small clippings of bang hair. Needless to say I am not very happy, and I will not be letting that woman cut my hair again."
