"Loved this theater. So nice to have first come seating instead of having to preselect a seat. And the previews were not at a volume that is painfully loud. I will definitely return."
"I have been coming to this theatre fairly frequently for the past 6 years. I have always been met with good Alabama hospitality. However that was not the case tonight. Upon arrival I was carrying around a half empty drink bottle. When I went to purchase my ticket the woman at the counter (Whitney the GM) cut me off and said “you can’t have outside food or drink in here” I responded “ok I will throw it away”. She then ask what I would like to purchase and as I began to respond she cut me off again and said “I will not serve you until you throw that way”. I threw the bottle away and then continued ordering. She continued to be extremely disrespectful and snappy with me. This is not the type of person guest should interact with upon arrival. Especially not when that person is the General Manager."
"It's a very enjoyable experience. Plenty of parking, restrooms are well-maintained. Theater seating is always available at the times that I've gone. Digital check-in and you can also order your refreshments in advance online as well as your tickets."
