"After supporting this pretty nail spa since they opened over 5 yrs ago, I will no longer be their customer. I’m really sad about that! I had a manicure recently and afterward 2 of my cuticles were bleeding. Several days later my cuticles were ragged & jagged. I thought the owner, Tang should know so I went in & showed her. She responded, “what do you want? Another manicure?” I said “yes, that would be lovely! And she booked an appointment for me today. I had an excellent manicure today from 1 of her nail techs. Afterward I thanked Tang for the manicure. She was rude, & said she never offered me a complimentary manicure. I said “I believe you did, but perhaps there was a misunderstanding.” She told me if I didn’t pay, the tech who did my nails would not get paid. I was incredulous, and asked her if she was sure she wanted to lose a long time customer over $23. She assured me that yes, that was fine with her. I paid because I wouldn’t ever take advantage of a nail tech. But I will never set foot in this petty woman’s business again. Nor will my best friends, who I’ve sent to her. What a foolish ‘business woman!’"
"Absolutely LOVE this place!!! I saw someone recommend it in a Facebook group so i decided to give it a shot… 10/10 recommend! It is by appointment only which i didn’t realize, but the owner was beyond gracious and accommodating for my ignorance of their policies. And I’m so thankful!! My nails turned out beautiful. The facility was extremely clean, no harsh smells, and everything is natural. I found my new regular spot!!! Just remember to book an appointment:)"
