"It’s unfortunate. It is a very nice and convenient location to get your haircut and stylist are very good. I will never be going back to them because now they want to charge you a fee if you cancel within 24 hours. So they increase the price of a haircut then of course you have to give a tip, and now they want to charge a fee For canceling. I’ve been going here for almost 4 years, I guess there is no such thing as loyalty or customer service"
"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAIR SALON SERVICES. Worst place I have ever experienced for hair color. Waaaay over priced and not happy with the color whatsoever. They charge big bucks but allow stylist to wear pajama pants to work. They need to step it up if they want to demand high-end salon prices. WOULD RECOMMEND SPA SERVICES. The facial I had was wonderful. The spa side was professional and I was happy with my service which lead me to try the salon side."
