"My parents are long-time customers here, and other family members are customers here as well. I recently needed a battery. I miss diagnosed the problem. I had my vehicle towed there, and it was ready to go in a few hours. I was treated very well and loved the service."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My 17 y.o. daughter is a hard working high school student who works at a fast food est. and purchased her first car with her own money cash. I originally brought my daughter's car (which was a pretty solid vehicle) to them for a small less than $200 repair. When picking up the vehicle I was told the car now has a new idling issue when its completely stopped due to the car needing some time to get "used to" the new part and to bring the car back if the issue continued beyond a few days. Fine. Needless to say I drove the vehicle back a week later due to the idling issue only. The car was completely drivable with no service lights on or other issues going on. I was called the next afternoon and informed that the car needed a $600 repair and was no longer drivable, won't start, no power steering, no battery charge, no alternator function etc. and that if I did not want the $600 repair I would have to have the car towed off their property. That something broke while they were trying to fix the original problem, but it's not their problem it broke while in their custody, he told me it was going to "eventually" break down anyway and that it was just a coincidence it happened while they had the car. The manager was very hostile and even hung up in my face when I tried to negotiate a fair agreement with him on a price to get the car drivable again, just solely based off the premise that it was driving and starting perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Fair is fair! Treat people how you would want your children, nieces or nephews treated in a situation such as this one. He didn't care at all. Very unprofessional and disgusting. The fact that he felt like he shouldn't have ate any of the cost of a $600 repair on a 2004 vehicle the was driving fine until I gave it to him and showed no empathy afterwards, lets me know the damage was purposely done. Never once was I ever rude to these people or did or said anything to them for me or my daughter to deserve this level of treatment and unprofessionalism from a business. Beware!"
