"I had a MRI on 5/3. They were supposed to fax the results to the doctor in Franklin TN. On 5/8 the doctor still had not received the results. I drove 2.5 hrs for this appointment. Thanks Keller for an epic fail !"

"Recently went in for a mammogram and an ultrasound with this facility. They actually called me early that morning to tell me they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted to come earlier. Not very often will you have a place call to get you in earlier! Anyways, I was beyond nervous and worried but the one lady I dealt with the most, Mrs. Cindy for my mammogram (I wish I had gotten her last name) was the absolute best! Although professional, she was a breath of fresh air. She understood my worries and quickly made me comfortable and calm! She just has a way of connecting with you and making it as easy as it could be! I truly hope Keller Imaging realizes what an angel they have working that room! The ultrasound tech was easy to get along with and apologized for the wait (no fault of her on own, as she was chasing down the radiologist to confirm her images were good lol). As awkward and scary as some of these appointments are, I was taken care of wonderfully! I do not look forward to future appointments LOL, but with these ladies, makes the whole thing MUCH EASIER!"

"I guess they will hire anyone because the receptionist is beyond rude. I heard her be disrespectful to multiple people before I had to walk out. I know everyone has to pay their bills, but if you can’t be nice to the public don’t work in the public."

"This Helen Keller imaging center is one of the best. Not only is it easy access, with plenty of close-by parking, but the center itself is right inside the door and is no trouble to find. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and the MRI technician came out to meet me and personally guided me back to the MRI room. He also was very reassuring and nice. I was a little anxious, but the pleasant staff made it easier for me to go through, and eased my fears. I had an MRI of the brain and was given ear plugs to soften the noise of the machine. That is an excellent “little thing” they did at this center that did not happen at any other hospital I used, Big difference. The earplugs made the procedure much less stressful. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. I can easily say that it was the best testing experience I have ever had. :-)"
