Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Ordered on the app to pick up and the security guard passed us the food. We get home to find out 2 of our orders were missing and we go back and they were still on the shelf. Whomever printed the ticket didn't print 1 of 2, so he thought it was just one bag because the sticker said 1 of 1. 2 of our orders were incorrect and my daughter did the survey on Saturday and no one has yet to respond about the inconvenience or wrong orders."

"I would no reccomend ordering anything from this location or any other Chipotle location as well. I placed large catering order within the 24 hour notice that was required. The delivery driver texted me that he was at the location but the could not find my order. I called customer service who tried to call the store several times but they would not answer. Customer service stated they could not provide a refund unless the store confirmed. After almost two hours the delivery driver called me and stated the could still not find the order. I asked to speak to a manager and a young lady came on the line and stated that I had not placed an order. She stated she looked through all the orders for the day and could not find anything. I had to inform her that catering orders are placed 24 hours before and the order would have been placed yesterday. She asked me to hold and never came back to the phone. After waiting 10 minutes the call ended. I am now out of hundreds of dollars and I still need to get food for my Football party. Customer service is still starting that I can not be issued a refund until they speak to the store who still will not answer the phone. Please do not waste your time doing business with a company that clearly does not care."

"Staff absolutely suck!!! We arrived at this location at 8:06pm the security informed us that they were closing the store due to short staff. The security guard stated that they were only taking online orders. Me and my party went to the car and placed an online order. When we went to pick up our online order we noticed the store began to take new customers in the store after telling us they were closed.. while we wait for our online order we hear the manager complain about how we wants to leave because he has class at 9:45pm.... the staff is terrible!! Either fire them or train them but just sad!!!"

"First off they delivered the wrong order to me. I drove up to the restaurant to get my correct order. The young lady never apologized for the mixed up. After opening the bowl there were no fajitas, I didn't ask for the guacamole. It even looked like the lettuce was turning colors. And I only received 1 tortilla, when i ordered 2. The taste of the food was not it. I'll never spend money there again."

"I will never order from them again I just got this and opened it up and it look like this I got this on 3/15/2023 at 7:50 p.m. I have never seen anything like this before. Don’t get anything from them.and it was supposed to be chicken added and it wasn’t. I couldn’t eat this looking like this. A waste of money. Please go somewhere else. The owner needs to get more people and let the ones that’s working go."
