"This place is ridiculous. I placed my orders the lady read it back correctly and they still messed up my order. I called to tell her about it and she didn’t help at all. I wish I didn’t pay cash cause I want my money back. I use to eat here all the time not anymore. As many complaints they get someone needs to do something about this situation it’s just ridiculous."
"Have been patronizing the establishment for the past 2 years. Order the same item every time. I stated specifically what I wanted on my item. Cashier read it back to me and STILL my order was wrong. The last 2 times I visited, my order was incorrect. Manager would not correct the situation. Just lost a 2year customer over $13."
