"I got 3 steak tacos for lunch asked for lite onions and they piled them on that wasn’t my main issue because I just picked some off.but as I was eating my second taco it was a whole piece of plastic I was about to bite into I’m glad I was looking and wasn’t rushing eating in my lunch break…I called the store several times didn’t get an answer when I finally got a answer she asked for a ticket number I told her I didn’t have it gave her exact time I was there and my order which I’m sure she could’ve pulled up in the system but instead she told me they couldn’t do anything without the ticket number and if they did have it they would have to figure out what they could do…I was so mad on top of that I’m expecting and couldn’t even enjoy my lunch"
"My family usually goes to the location on 116th and Western but they didn’t have mole sauce today so we went to this location instead. We always call ahead so we don’t have to wait. The food was decent compared to the other location and we may have returned if only they handled discounts and specials better. There are only coupons online with no mention of discounts or specials. You will only receive discounts and specials if you mention them WHILE ordering. If not, the workers won’t give you a heads up so you end up paying full price even though they have a deal. And you won’t know the deals unless you notice them while in the restaurant or know them ahead of time. On top of that I still had to wait for my food even though I called it in 30min prior and they told me it would be ready in 15min. That’s not very good customer service and the quality of the food isn’t worth it. We won’t be returning to this location anytime soon."
