"This is THE WORST company on the planet. They changed their warranty policy to only replace items with preowned items which means you get garbage that is already broken and in my experience they so not even bother to clean it so you get the previous owners crumbs with any warranty trade ins. I will never spend another cent with game stop, EVER. I would highly recomend you not to either. Save yourself the headache and go to game world or just get your gameing needs from amazon. This company is trash. Edit** I just wanted to say that the staff has always been friendly and as helpful as they could possibly be given the terrible company policy and greed."
"This company is the absolute worst place to pre order anything! The employees are forced to push their customers to pre order games and collectibles but when it comes time for them to release the store never receives the product or on the rare occasions that they do its put on the sales floor and the people who pre-ordered are never made aware."
"Was met by a rude lady who tried to get me to buy a warranty, when I told her I did not want one she said “so you’re telling me you like to waste money? Guess it’s not your money then right?” Also, bought a refurbished headset, after they would not honor a previous warranty on the headset. The headsets left side does not work, and the mic does not mute. Another thing. I purchased a controller. It developed stick drift after just one day. Told me there was nothing they could do. Feel like I waste money everytime I go here. Unbelievable"
"Showed up at 10:05 am. Door was locked. Multiple employees inside noticed my presence. I proceeded to patiently wait outside in the rain for the longest 7 minutes of my day. I was finally permitted to enter, only to be confronted with disappointment. The PTCG selection was weak and overpriced. The employees were more interested in chatting amongst themselves, rather than providing service to a new customer. I did not feel welcome, so I took my business to Walmart. I will attempt visiting again in order to find out if I just caught them on a bad day. An update will follow."
"The staff here are really friendly. They immediately ask you if you need help. There's been a couple of problems but they always take care of it. They always tell you the best way to purchase something if they have deals going on. Store is always clean and organized."
