Staff isn't super friendly but aren't rude and they seem knowledgeable and informative. Edit: since my last review the staff have made a great attempt to remedy my initial experience. 5/5. "Wonderful experience! Clean well stocked location. I am switching from prefilled vape to refillable. Did a little research before going in. The gentleman there this morning was great! Helpful and knowledgeable about products showed me the product and how to use and set up. Used older type vapes before and just wasn't satisfied with them. I am happily sitting with my purchase now and will be a repeat customer. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name today but he deserves an A+ for customer service"

"I am working out of state and came by here for some juice coils charger and batteries lol basically everything to keep me going till I get home.The lady was very nice and helpful and it’s very hard to find good customer service these days.Trust me I’m a businessman and business owner and I can’t find great people but when I do I value them and this lady was top tier and gave great service and cleaned and refilled my mod as well.Her name is Jourdan and she usually works days and she will treat you right.This is my first time here so she signed me for rewards so almost spending around 100 dollars got me around 80 Points You get a point for every dollar you spend and with point you can get free juices coils In store credit and when you get 750 point you get a 75 dollar store credit.This is the only store that does point systems that I am aware of.This will be my go to spot when I’m This part of the country working.Im here a lot so I will be spending a lot of money here and this place is definitely going to be my go to spot when in town here.
