"Bartender on 4-6-23 snapped at me because I asked for a drink at 11:25pm. Last I checked, this bar is supposed to be open until 12am. She needs to care more about the guests and less about getting done early. Very disappointed after getting done with work late and getting turned down from an open bar."

"Nicole ran her tail off tonight keeping up with everyone by herself. 2 events just ended next door and place was packed. Quick, efficient and friendly service, thanks!"

"I couldn't get seated even though I waited around at the please wait to be seated sign. The waiter mumbled something to me before running off to another table. Granted it was loud and they were busy. But if I'm standing around for more than a couple of minutes with no service, I won't argue or try to resolve the situation, I'll just walk away which I did. I came back to my hotel about 20 minutes later with a bag full of groceries and the bar was then dead..."

"We unexpectedly ate at the bar. We had plans of eating at The Stone City Grill, but they are closed and didn't have the updates on Google. I ordered the cheeseburger, well done no tomatoes or ketchup (because I am allergic). What I received was half raw patty with tomato slices on the sandwich and a half cup of ketchup on the side. My husband had the Buffalo chicken wrap and he was ok with it definitely nothing spectacular. We waited and never received refills on our drinks. The man behind the mentioned loudly and several times, your server is on break so you'll just have to bare with me. 20 minutes later, we still had not received our drinks or our check that we'd ask for. Finally, we left $40 bucks on the table and walked out. Rethinking the moment, we actually regret even paying for the meal. I doubt seriously we will try the actual hotel restaurant after this experience."
