I know her personally and She is a God Fearing Woman who Loves the Lord and Kids she has 2 kids of her own. Whoever Douglas Love is or whoever is disguising themselves to be them need to stop putting false information on here Thank you."

"This place does not have your child's best interest at heart. Delores is one of the teachers there and she will neglect your child, has been seen pushing a 3 year old down, has neglected to give a drink to a child ALL DAY long, watched a baby trying to climb out of the baby bed and screams at the children. The director was notified but Delores was never reprimanded. They have a huge turnover rate due to employees like Delores."

"They constantly close early or just shut down the facility with no notice. They will not communicate with you about anything (aside from a hand written sign that is taped to the front door). Do not waste your money on child care when they refuse to care for your child (and you will still have to pay even when they close for a week). The inconsistency and unreliability of the Calera Young Impressions center has cost me my job because I have had to miss so much work due to them not operating. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been harassed at work with nonstop calls to come and get my child before the center was closed, solely because she was the last child there and the employee wanted to leave early. They refuse to accept any children after 9am, I have literally shown up at 9:03 am and was turned away. Do yourself and your children a favor and keep looking for a better child care facility."

"Ms. Moll. You made a slanderous Google Review and sent your child back to the center. What is concerning is that you accused a staff of being aggressive and remain unconcerned when bringing your child back after you made the review. Upon enrollment, parents sign and agree that they have read and understood our policy. As well, parents receive communication through REMIND and by personal calls. The number you provided on enrollment was updated recently, July 28, 2022 after several request. Keep in mind that your number was disconnected. Your place of employment contact information was not provided. Fortunately, we have successfully been able to make contact to the Dad. For as closing, your child and several other students were exposed to Direct contact of Covid-19, July 27th. After receiving notification that additional individuals were positive, the decision to close down temporarily to disinfect and quarantine for 5 days was notified to parents through REMIND and personal phone calls. DHR Child Care Licensing was immediately contacted afterward. As I spoke to you, it's unfortunate that you made the false allegation and provided additional false details of when and where. It prompted me to review our footage. I regretfully had to provide you the acknowledgment that the footage shows you as the aggressive one; details were provided to you during your call to me."

"The center in Calera has friendly staff and it is a very clean facility. My child loves going to school every morning and has learned a lot in her time there. The only thing that bothers me is the turn over rate there with staffing. I see a new face every other week."
