"On 9/25/23 I witnessed something every working parent fears. I would really like to reach out to all parents of children in the nursery at Kidzone and check them for bruises. This incident happened today at 4:45pm and I was so angry to the point I pulled my daughter out of this daycare permanently! And it wasn't even my kid who was being abused! Please keep in mind my child is 8 weeks old and has only been going for a couple weeks so I don't know the teachers by name. I witnessed an older, heavier set blonde lady( worker ) jerk a baby off another on the floor, pick it up and queeze the life out of it until it cried, as punishment and then literally throw it in the floor and turn around and jerk another one out of the swing by its arm. I lost it and asked the lady at the desk who she was (I was so mad I don't recall even what she said it was). I told her that lady had a bad attitude towards the kids and if it were my child I'd already choked her. I requested to have them pack my child's things and she wouldn't be back. I hope this finds parents of kidzone and reports what's going on before their kids are in the er. I myself have already called Dhr and I pray this place gets what it deserves."

"This is Debra Sims my son goes to Kids Zone in Cullman! He only goes part time but literally loves it there! Sherry Eady runs a tight ship! Employees change at time but most that I see have been there for three years or longer!!! If you want a place that will nurture your kids this is your place"

"i will start off by saying my son had one “teacher” i did actually like. when my son was in her class things seemed to go pretty easily for the most part. it wasn’t until they continued to move him around that the big issues started. at the time i didn’t have many other opinions, they were conveniently across the street from my job and opened the hours my job required me to be there. (i live in a one income household.) with that being said here comes my WARNING TO ANY PARENT INTERESTED IN TAKING THEIR CHILD(REN) HERE!! my son soon starting making drop off very difficult he hated to go. he would cry and i would try to get direct answers as to why but that’s hard when they’re so young. i would bring everything he needed and he would come home in girl pull-ups and even underwear. when i asked the “teacher” why i got a response that shocked me! “he had moved to another classroom for the rest of the day and i didn’t want to have to go get his out of the other room. it’s not a big deal” i was baffled to say the least!! my son has very sensitive skin and can only wear certain brands and his clothes have to be washed with non-scented laundry detergent or he breaks out. they would tell me outrageous stories about my child, who never acted that way with anyone else even other sitters, and give me pages of ridiculous things he “did” at first i took disciplinary action because i believed them. UNTIL the stories became very obviously untrue. i would walk in to pick him up and i could hear the “teachers” yelling at children and slamming doors. not even mentioning how many “teachers” i seen come and go. they will literally hire anyone. i was dropping my son off and personally witnessed a “teacher” pulling a child’s legs and making him fall off the slide. my son is officially OUT and he is LOVING his new pre-school/day care. i have not heard a single complaint since he has moved. 0/10 recommend this daycare to any parent!!"

"I love this place, my kids went here for their preschool learning. They incorporated a lot of hands on learning and the teachers were very open with communication. If I ever had a issue the director would make time to hear me out and fix the situation!"

"i wish i could give this place 0 stars. very unprofessional and the “teachers” have absolutely no patience with the kids. my son was always excited to go there then suddenly started acting scared and told me his teachers didn’t like him and always yelled at him. they were constantly losing his clothes and asking for more and we would never see them again. i wouldn’t send my son there again or recommend them to anyone else if they were the only daycare in the world."
