"Came here for a company dinner. They are charging $2k for this ( see pics) The server rarely comes by, Have to wait for the drinks for 20min. (Not exaggerating ordered at 7:05 the drinks (4beers) came at 7:26. You decide if this is right!!! The pasta was under cooked (see pic). Never coming back. Worst experience in Chicago. Don’t get the package deal here. It’s a rip off and since they charge the tip with the check they really don’t care. I had to get the peppers and perm cheese myself because the waiter never comes. All my staff had the worst experience ever on this place. !!!!! Avoid large groups. Small group is okay I see that their are lot of tables getting so much better service."

"Directed here last Chicago visit by bellman at The Intercontinental. Wanted a drink at their bar, but it wasn't open yet. The atmosphere and service at the bar for drinks and snacks was memorable. Knew we'd stop again next time in the windy city. Today, Cristian was our wait staff. Lunch, on a busy Wednesday, (yes pretty busy on a Wednesday) salads, drinks, appetizer, pizza. Great food, best service! A stop for us whenever we visit. Delicious fresh just really good food."

"During my recent work visit to Chicago, I had the pleasure of dining at Labriola restaurant. One of the highlights of my experience was trying their specialty pizza, which was a delightful treat. The pizza had a rich and thick crust that was truly indulgent however the sauce is overly poured. It was a unique and satisfying culinary experience. However, I must admit that not everything was perfect. The chicken soup I ordered turned out to be overly salty, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there were a few service shortfalls that affected our overall experience. The delivery of our main course was delayed, and one of my colleagues was offered the wrong wine. These incidents were certainly not ideal. On a positive note, the staff at Labriola restaurant was helpful and made an effort to rectify the issues we encountered. They were accommodating and tried their best to ensure our satisfaction. However, it is worth mentioning that the restaurant seemed to be quite busy, which may have contributed to the slower response time. Despite these minor setbacks, I would still recommend Labriola restaurant to others, especially if you find yourself in the area. Their thin crust pizza, in particular, is worth a try. Pair it with a glass of wine, and you're in for a delightful dining experience."

"Possibly in the top 3 pizzas I have ever eaten and one of the best Chicago style. Loved the crust, so amazing. Russo sausage and cup pepperoni on mine. Wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the cup pepperoni as it doesn’t char or cup since it was buried underneath sauce. It was so good I packed up half and flew home to Orlando and ate more for the next 2 days!"

"Perfect lunch for a couple hungry travelers. Quick trip into Chicago and tried their spaghetti and mama’s meatballs. The wife had the chicken parm, and then we split a skillet cookie. Highly recommend all of it. The server was great. The atmosphere is super chill. Would gladly eat here again."
