CVS

"My pharmacy went out of business and was told my refills on medication would be transferred to CVS. I have always disliked CVS but was told they would all be transferred there and I could transfer from there once that took place. I went into another pharmacy to transfer refills of medication. After 2 days they called and said there was nothing to transfer. I went in to CVS with prescription bottle showing refills and there system said see Hard copy of prescription. The "Pharmacist" with a blank look on his face said um , um you will have to call your Doctor. I don't know. All that school for a answer like that is truly funny to me. This is why I have always stayed away from CVS. The wrong pharmacy went out of business. So sad"

"Rebecca was Amazing for us tonight. My mom always has around 10 or more prescriptions and it's sometimes complicated deciding which ones we can or can't get with the insurance and such. Either way Rebecca was respectful and patient with all of our questions and needs and was super helpful. She's wonderful."

"Came to this cvs today to see if they had my medication in stock. The woman at the drive thru line didn’t even let me get my whole sentence out before she’s cutting me off telling me that they don’t have it and I won’t have any luck finding it anywhere else. Who wants to hear that they won’t have any luck finding their medication?? I frequent this CVS often and they are RUDE majority of the time I come. They definitely need customer service training or choose another profession!"

"I used this pharmacy for over 8 years. The last few years customer service has gone downhill. The people in the pharmacy are rude and inconsiderate. I went to pickup my prescription that they texted and said were ready for pick-up. They only had two ready. They put one of my prescriptions back after I used the text system reply to notify them I was picking up my prescriptions listed in the text on Thursday. They gave me one of the two medicines listed in the text. The lady at the window was unprofessional and rude. I called and received no help and more disrespect and unprofessional behavior. I will no longer use this pharmacy."

"The pharmacy staff has gone all the way down hill. The young girls that work back there only gossip and have very lack of concern and are very rude except the nice girl that's been there longer than any of them. They're unprofessional and several of them shouldn't be back there they should be on a cash register up front. Just rude young girls no respect for there elders at all. They may need to change jobs since they don't have have the patience nor knowledge to be of any help."
