"I was there on June 16 2002. I've purchased shoes here before and had good service. But not today. I was expected to wait on myself. I wasn't given any recommendations for the best shoes for what I was looking for. I asked to try on a certain pair and they brought me men's shoes instead and I'm the one that noticed. No clue what they were doing. I was very disappointed. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Englins got my business today and from now on. They were glad to help me find the perfect shoes."
