"He said my headliner could not be repaired but a new one had to be ordered. He was out of the office before 2pm when I went back to let him look at the color to order. I went home a second time to return the vehicle. Called and left a message but he never returned the call. I even had a check written. Today, 2 weeks later I torn up the check. His reviews are awful and now I know why. He has no set office hours published. He is supposed to be in the office until 4 pm. I forget what time he opens. So I went to Auto Zone and purchased the best headliner adhesive on the shelf. Suggest DIYers stay away from 3M headliner adhesives because the reviews are not favorable. Their products foam up and are very difficult to use. When I finish with the recommended headliner adhesive I will give a review of it."
